basic tips on how to succeed in e-business without paying a dime

basic tips on how to succeed in e-business without paying a dimehow to succeed in e-business.
here are some basic tips to follow  I recently came across some young entrepreneur that wants to be successful in online business but due to their lack of experience of what online business marketing is all about. They will seem to loose hope in the long run. Not that they cannot do it, but it’s because of lack of experience in an online business marketing strategy however, the message I was putting across is timeless.
We live in a competitive, consumer-oriented society.
Let me first focus on the word, competitive.
There are usually, hundreds, thousands, if not millions, of people constantly competing with us, if we are business-owners, self-employed, or employed and are trying to sell a product and/or service. We may, or may not, be aware of this, however, we cannot ignore this fact if we wish to succeed in our business. The success-to-failure rates, for example, of start-ups, are proof to this. Only a small percentage of start-up businesses, succeed. Those businesses that succeed are aware of this principle and apply it daily and therefore, have an immediate advantage over their competition.
Next, I will focus on the words, consumer-oriented.
People are constantly programmed to be in a consumer, get state-of-mind. In other words, how much can I get; what can I get and when can I get it.
The message I am conveying to you is; even though we are living in a western-based, consumer-oriented society, which programmes us to constantly want and in turn get products and/or services; to truly be successful in our business and fulfilled in our daily lives, we need to focus on giving rather than on getting, that way we will fulfil our needs and the needs of others and not, merely, our wants for things in our daily lives that, most of the time, we don't need anyway.
The main principle, or message, that the blog on was conveying, was that of adding value.
This principle, to me, is of utmost importance if one wants to be successful in any business. Many businesses fail, because they add very little, if any value at all, to the customer. Most of these businesses are only in it for the money and are constantly looking to get, without giving much value, if any, back in return and they still wonder why they fail.
If you focus your online business on adding value to your customers, you will be well on your way to becoming successful and a Wealth Creator.
A principle that constantly proves successful and almost always guarantees success

three Scientist have merited the Nobel prize award for their outstanding inventions

Three scientists won the Nobel Prize in chemistry on Wednesday for developing the world’s smallest machines, work that could revolutionise computer technology and lead to a new type of battery.

Frenchman Jean-Pierre Sauvage, British-born Fraser Stoddart and Dutch scientist Bernard “Ben” Feringa share the 8 million kronor ($930,000) prize for the “design and synthesis of molecular machines”, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences said. Machines at the molecular level are 1,000th the width of a human hair and have taken chemistry to a new dimension, the academy said. Molecular machines “will most likely be used in the development of things such as new materials, sensors and energy storage systems”. Prof. Stoddart has already developed a molecule-based computer chip with 20 kB memory. Researchers believe chips so small may revolutionise computer technology the way silicon-based transistors once did, the academy said. It said the laureates’ work has also inspired other researchers to build increasingly advanced molecular machinery, including “a robot that can grasp and connect amino acids” in 2013. Researchers are also hoping to develop a new kind of battery using this technology. Prof. Sauvage, 71, is professor emeritus at the University of Strasbourg and director of research emeritus at France’s National Centre for Scientific Research. Sauvage’s wife choked back tears as she absorbed the news. “Jean-Pierre won the Nobel prize,” she said, her voice trembling as she spoke on multiple telephones at once ringing with news of the prize. Officials at the University of Strasbourg, where Prof. Sauvage is a professor emeritus in the Institute of Science and Supramolecular Engineering, were overwhelmed and honoured by the news, and said they were trying to reach him to celebrate his victory. Prof. Stoddart, 74, is a chemistry professor at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. His daughter Alison said he was “absolutely ecstatic” at the honour. Prof. Feringa, 65, is a professor of organic chemistry at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. “I don’t know what to say, I’m a bit shocked,” Prof. Feringa told reporters in Stockholm by telephone. “I’m so honoured’ and I’m also emotional about it.” Molecular machines are molecules with controllable movements, which can perform a task when energy is added, the academy said. It said Prof. Sauvage made the first breakthrough in 1983 when he linked two ring-shaped molecules together to form a chain. Prof. Stoddart took the next step in 1991 by threading a molecular ring onto a molecular axle, while Prof. Feringa was the first to develop a molecular motor in 1999 when he got a molecular rotor blade to spin continuously in the same direction. The academy said the molecular motor is at the same stage now as the electric motor was in the 1830s. The chemistry prize was the last of this year’s science awards. The medicine prize went to a Japanese biologist who discovered the process by which a cell breaks down and recycles content. The physics prize was shared by three British-born scientists for theoretical discoveries that shed light on strange states of matter. The Nobel Peace Prize will be announced on Friday, and the economics and literature awards will be announced next week. The Nobel Prizes will be handed out at ceremonies in Stockholm and Oslo on December 10, 2016, the anniversary of prize founder Alfred Nobel’s death in 1896. Nobel, the inventor of dynamite, wanted his awards to honour achievements that delivered the “greatest benefit to mankind.”

clinton said,US owes trump an opportinity to lead

clinton said,US owes trump an opportinity to lead Gone was the ballroom with a soaring glass ceiling, the confetti and the celebrity guest stars. Instead,

Hillary Clinton looked out to a group of grief-stricken aides and tearful supporters, as she acknowledged her stunning loss of the presidency to Donald Trump.

“This is painful,” Clinton said, her voice crackling with emotion, “and it will be for a long time.” But she told her faithful to accept Trump and the election results, urging them to give him “an open mind and a chance to lead.”
Before Clinton took the stage at a New York City hotel, top aides filed in, eyes red and shoulders slumped, as they tried to process the celebrity businessman’s shocking win after a campaign that appeared poised until Election Day to make Clinton the first woman elected U.S. president.

Clinton, who twice sought the presidency, told women- “I know we have still not shattered that highest and hardest glass ceiling. But someday, someone will and hopefully sooner than we might think right now.” Her remarks brought to mind her 2008 concession speech after the Democratic primaries in which she spoke of putting “18 million cracks” in the glass ceiling.
“To all the little girls who are watching this, never doubt that you are valuable and powerful and deserving of every chance and opportunity in the world to pursue and achieve your own dreams,” she said as her husband, former President Bill Clinton, stood wistfully by her side.
In perhaps a subtle nod to bridging the red state and blue state divide, Clinton wore a purple blouse and a dark blazer with a purple lapel while her husband wore a purple tie.
It may have been the final public act for the enduring political partnership of the Clintons, who appeared on the verge of returning to power after 16 years. If Clinton had won, it would have marked the first time a former first lady was elected U.S. president.
Clinton’s campaign was trying to make sense of a dramatic election night in which Trump captured battleground states like Florida, North Carolina and Ohio and demolished a longstanding “blue wall” of states in the Upper Midwest that had backed every Democratic presidential candidate since her husband won the presidency in 1992.
As Democrats were left wondering how they had misread their country, mournful Clinton backers gathered outside the hotel Wednesday.
“I was devastated. Shocked. Still am,” said Shirley Ritenour, 64, a musician from Brooklyn, New York. “When I came in on the subway this morning there were a lot of people crying.”
Flanked by her husband, daughter Chelsea Clinton and running mate Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine, Clinton said she had offered to work with Trump on behalf of a country that she acknowledged was “more deeply divided than we thought.”
The results were startling to Clinton and her aides, who had ended their campaign with a whirlwind tour of battleground states and had projected optimism that she would maintain the diverse coalition assembled by President Barack Obama in the past two elections.

BUSINESS: The-difficulty-and-the-Successful- way- to- do- business

He said, "I haven't been in communication with you. But lately I feel like shit. I feel I messed up. I respect you a lot Maria. But the more I watch people became successful the more I feel I'm not good enough, I messed up. I can't fulfill people's expectation of me. I can't fulfill even my own expectation of me. I feel I let everyone down....."

THE RIGHT TIME TO DO BUSINESS
This is how high achievers who are hard on themselves feel when they don’t accomplish what they set their mind to accomplish. It sounds like one of those valleys I often find myself falling into. Sounds like he is been having a noisy pity party at the bottom of the valley and forgotten this valley one day used to be his mountain that he climbed up. Forgetting how far he came from the day he started and how things are amazing. It's funny how my team members arrive in some of the places I used to arrive. Some having a loud party, some find a cave to hide and some give up climbing no more and stay there and some die in their valley.. But some are like me stubborn. These things can’t get them out of the game. They find their way out and climb up to the next mountain. Everything extraordinary in life has these ups and downs. Relationship and marriage, school and career, business and finances and anything else that is important to you. Valleys can get deep and painful at the beginning of your journey. I remember sometimes I felt I would never be able to get out of it. Or it's the end of the world. Different people have different valleys. Some go through divorce, health crises, financial problems, arguments, negativity..etc And in those valleys their negative self talk which we call pity party and doing nothing lead them to death. And few get up, dust off and keep pushing and climb up to the next hill. For me personally some valleys were really dark, scary and painful. Valleys like, the one my team of 100s of people left me and I had to start from scratch all over again. Valleys like, my income dropped to almost nothing. Valleys like I decided to stop talking to my family who were discouraging me until I make it. Valleys like, I was about to give up. Valleys like, those that I trusted, worked and invest in start to violating and abusing the trust and hurting me...etc. And many more valleys you don't need to know. They were dark, cold, full of tears and I was hopeless and lonely. The point is that everyone go through their own valleys depends on their journey. And they are not the same for everyone. Many don't go through the same or don't have as dark and painful valleys. My philosophy about that always been, "Easy come, easy go. If it's this hard, it's better be damn joyful. I can’t wait to get up there." And that had me keep pushing for the next hill faster.. I had my pity parties for a bit. But the minute I decided enough is enough. No more pity party. No more self negative talk it was done. The mindset, having a coach or mentor, reaching out to my5, personal development forces you to get up, dust it off and start climbing again. No matter how steep and high the next hill looks like or how the pain looks so real. Keep pushing, keep breathing till you get to the top. And once you are there, on stage holding the next leadership pin or award, checking your e-wallet full of cash, your volume flourishing everyday, your leaders are popping up from different sides, different towns and countries, numbers are increasing.. You are having a celebrations at the top of your hill, opening the champagne, enjoying life, traveling the world with class and style while you know there are more mountains to climb. Your next mountain is 10k club and then 25k monthly club and then 100k monthly. But you might forget between the mountains there are valleys. As soon as you attempt to climb the next hill you fall into the next valley.. Valleys can be fun or painful. If you understand that it's coming and it's inevitable you can have a fun, smooth ride with it.. Keep pushing to climb up and get out of it. If you fight it, don't accept it, doubt the ride, have a pity party, be in your head, make it mean something about you, negative self talk, try to do it on your own and not use mentors, coaches, my5..etc It will become scary, painful and you can die there. It will kill you.. Called Quitting..! :) Next time you are on a roller coaster ride once it's going down try to close your eyes, trust, enjoy, scream and laugh instead of putting pressure on yourself, be in your head, fight back and be scared. It works. :) Tanya showed me that in one of the scariest roller coaster rides we had with Minnesota team in Toronto Wonderland last summer. I realized how the scariest rides can be fun and joyful once you TRUST, put your fear aside and stop fighting and resisting it. It's no different in life and in business. Here I am again in another valley. Again... I don’t know for how many times. :) At the bottom of this mountain called NA pin and seven figure club mountain. Been sitting here for a while now. Looks high and hard. And sometimes I feel I don't have enough support to get there. Looking around this valley I’m in now that called, “retirement from my job with six figure residual income”, that used to be a mountain that I climbed up. Sitting in my warm sunny penthouse teras in Barcelona over looking the Mediteranean sea, the green mountains and thinking what a beautiful valley this is. It's too beautiful that can get you settle for it. Then I thought I could be in one of those yaugth in the sea or on a private jet in Africa with corporate. With that thought I got impatient again as I'm looking up to seven figure hill. "Why am I not there yet?! Sherry, Comfort, Abdulrezaq made it. "And my mind automatically start the pity party again… “I'm not good enough, it's too hard, I can't do it, it's not for me, I don't deserve it, I let Ramin down, I let my upline down, I let msyelf down, I don't have to, it's nice here.. I can live with this….etc.” and It’s going on and on...” Okay stop.!” I tell myself.. “Now I know what that is.. Let's appreciate this life that you have. As much as you might feel like a failure you are way better off, and have a great life than the day you started this journey. Remember those days you had no choice. And you were stuck with no option. Get up, dust it off and start climbing the next mountain. The worse you can do is to stop and settle! If you are not getting better you are getting worse and sitting here and settling is eventually leading you to death.” I picked up the phone to reach out to my5 and then booked five tours this week. More leaders getting developped, more 3way calls for first and second generations this week.. Got my 3 WHYs written in front of me. I'm climbing..! Are you?! Stay great, trust and please don’t die..!! It’s never late to get off it, stand up, dust off the negative talk, and start climbing up to your dreams. My 5 is here waiting for your call. :)

Ebola adapted perfectly to infect

"Ebola virus is thought to circulate in an unknown animal reservoir and to only rarely cross over into people. When the virus does cross over, the effect has been devastating to those people who are infected. Until recently, the human disease outbreaks have been short lived, and the virus has had little opportunity to adapt genetically to the human host," says Jeremy Luban, a co-author of one of the papers and Professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. By the end of the Ebola virus disease epidemic in 2016, more than 28,000 people had been infected with the virus, and more than 11,000 people died from Ebola virus disease. To investigate whether the virus might have changed genetically in response to infection of such large numbers of people, the research teams used publicly available Ebola virus genomic sequences to track virus mutations. The teams found that mutations of the gene that encodes the Ebola virus glycoprotein increased the virus' ability to infect cells of humans and other primates. By increasing infectivity in human cells, it is possible that these mutations increased Ebola virus spread during the outbreak. "If you introduce a virus into a new host, like humans, it may need to adapt to better infect and spread in that host," says Jonathan Ball, a virologist at the University of Nottingham and co-author of the other paper. One particular mutation, studied by both groups, emerged early in the outbreak just as case numbers vastly increased and soon became the dominant virus type circulating in the outbreak. The Ebola virus mutations did not increase the ability of Ebola virus to infect cells from other mammalian species, including fruit bats, the presumed natural host of Ebola virus. "We found that, as Ebola virus was spreading from human to human, it apparently didn't have to worry about maintaining its infectivity in bats," Ball says. The research teams are continuing their work to learn more about how these specific mutations made the Ebola virus more infectious for human cells. "It's important to understand how these viruses evolve during outbreaks," says Luban. "By doing so, we will be better prepared should these viruses spill over to humans in the future."

JAMB Adopts New Method For 2017 UTME Registration

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has disclosed that it will deploy “pin vending” for the 2017 UTME test registration.

This was made known by the board’s Head of Media and Information, Dr Fabian Benjamin, on Wednesday.

According to him the public especially prospective UTME candidates should start getting familiar with the new system as the board will no longer make use of scratch cards.

“Candidates wishing to register for the examination will just make online payment and get a pin with which they can upload their data.

“This new pin vending will be accessible through the options of web payment, ATM issued cards like Visa, Verve, and Master card, online Quick Teller, mobile application and Bank Branch case/card.”

He further mentioned that the board is working to ensure that some of the challenges experienced during the 2016 UTME won't re-occur in 2017 UTME.

He however added that is it does not mean that the examination will be totally hitch free.

The spokesman also said that the board would begin validation of UTME centres across the country soon to ensure they are up to standard.

A study Reveals How Moon Exhibit weird characteristics in the orbit

inside the "massive effect" model of the moon's formation, the younger moon started out its orbit inside Earth's equatorial aircraft. inside the standard version of this model (top panel), Earth's tilt started out close to modern day cost of 23.five tiers. The moon would have moved outward easily along a course that slowly changed from the equatorial plane to the "ecliptic" aircraft, defined by Earth's orbit around the solar. If, but, Earth had a miles larger tilt after the effect (~seventy five ranges, decrease panel) then the transition between the equatorial and ecliptic planes could had been abrupt, resulting in large oscillations about the ecliptic. the second image is constant with the moon's modern 5- diploma orbital tilt far from the ecliptic. credit score: Douglas Hamilton The moon, Earth's closest neighbor, is amongst the strangest planetary bodies in the solar machine. Its orbit lies unusually some distance away from Earth, with a notably massive orbital tilt. Planetary scientists have struggled to piece collectively a scenario that money owed for those and different associated characteristics of the Earth-moon gadget. a brand new research paper, primarily based on numerical fashions of the moon's explosive formation and the evolution of the Earth-moon gadget, comes toward tying up all the loose ends than every other previous clarification. The work, posted in the October 31, 2016 improve online edition of the journal Nature, shows that the effect that formed the moon also induced calamitous adjustments to Earth's rotation and the tilt of its spin axis. The research suggests that the effect despatched Earth spinning a lot quicker, and at a much steeper tilt, than it does these days. inside the numerous billion years on account that that impact, complicated interactions between Earth, the moon and solar have smoothed out lots of these modifications, resulting inside the Earth-moon gadget that we see today. in this state of affairs, the final anomalies in the moon's orbit are relics of the Earth-moon gadget's explosive past. "evidence shows a massive impact blasted off a huge amount of fabric that shaped the moon," said Douglas Hamilton, professor of astronomy on the college of Maryland and a co-creator of the nature paper. "This cloth could have shaped a hoop of debris first, then the hoop could have aggregated to form the moon. however this situation does not quite paintings if Earth's spin axis become tilted at the 23.five degree perspective we see today." Collisional physics requires this ring of particles -- and for that reason the moon's orbit straight away after formation -- to lie in Earth's equatorial aircraft. As tidal interactions among Earth and the moon drove the moon further faraway from Earth, the moon should have shifted from Earth's equatorial plane to the "ecliptic" aircraft, which corresponds to Earth's orbit around the solar. however today, in preference to being in keeping with the ecliptic plane, the moon's orbit is tilted 5 tiers away from it. "This big tilt is very uncommon. until now, there hasn't been a great rationalization," Hamilton stated. " but we will recognize it if Earth had a more dramatic early history than we previously suspected." Hamilton, with lead author Matija Cuk of the SETI institute and their colleagues Simon Lock of Harvard college and Sarah Stewart of the college of California, Davis, attempted many exceptional scenarios. but the most a success ones worried a moon-forming effect that despatched Earth spinning extraordinarily speedy -- as lots as twice the fee anticipated by different models. The effect additionally knocked Earth's tilt way off, to someplace among 60 and 80 ranges. "We already suspected that Earth need to have spun specifically rapid after the effect" Cuk stated. "An early excessive tilt for Earth permits our planet to lose that excess spin greater with no trouble." The version also suggests that the newly- shaped moon commenced off very near Earth, but then drifted away -- to nearly 15 instances its preliminary distance. as it did so, the solar started out to exert a extra effective have an effect on over the moon's orbit. according to the researchers, both elements -- a particularly tilted, fast spinning Earth and an outwardly-migrating moon -- contributed to setting up the moon's cutting-edge bizarre orbit. The new child moon's orbit most possibly tracked Earth's equator, tilted at a steep 60-80 degree angle that matched Earth's tilt. A key locating of the new research is that, if Earth turned into indeed tilted by extra than 60 ranges after the moon shaped, the moon couldn't transition smoothly from Earth's equatorial aircraft to the ecliptic plane. as an alternative, the transition changed into abrupt and left the moon with a huge tilt relative to the ecliptic -- a great deal larger than is determined these days. "because the moon moved outward, Earth's steep tilt made for a greater chaotic transition as the solar have become a bigger impact," Cuk stated. "subsequently, and over billions of years, the moon's tilt slowly decayed right down to the five ranges we see these days. So modern day five diploma tilt is a relic and a signature of a much steeper tilt inside the beyond." Hamilton recognizes that the version doesn't answer all of the remaining questions on the moon's orbit. but the model's electricity, he says, is that it gives a framework for answering new questions inside the future. "there are numerous potential paths from the moon's formation to the Earth-moon device we see nowadays. we've diagnosed some of them, however there are certain to be other possibilities," Hamilton stated. "What we've now is a model this is greater in all likelihood and works greater cleanly than previous tries. We assume that is a extensive development that gets us closer to what sincerely befell."

UNIBEN 2016/2017 ADMISSION CLEARANCE PROCEDURES

We understand the you all are not happy now because of the delay in the part of UNIBEN releasing the admission list. But hey, it's not going to take long anymore because it's happening soon. As I wrote earlier, the delay is due to the whole Federal government and the other examination bodies Jupeb and Direct Entry. I assure you guys that after these students are cleared, you'll be next in line for a miracle! Can I hear an amen for that. ;)
So here's the deal. While we all wait for the uniben admission list to come out, there are some things we need to be putting in place in order for the Clearance and other 'pre-resumption' exercises  not to catch us uninformed. Yes, you have been worried over the UNIBEN admission list, but you haven't asked yourself since that 'What do I need to get ready?' The clearance process kicks off immediately after admission list. Do you know the documents and necessary things you need to get this done? Have you gathered them? What if the UNIBEN admission list comes out today and you're scheduled to begin your clearance the next day by 9am as usual? What would you do by then... well I doubt there would be so little to do. That is the reason I have decided to write on this steps you should put in place:

Because you're older now, they might want to charge you heigher. But it's around #2,500 to #5,000) Or visit any court to take a decleration- this will cost just #500)
6) Certificate of LGA of origin (Get this from your local government Secretariat)
7) O’ level result (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/GCE). Original/ certificate is adviced!
With your Original JAMB result slip ( this contains your passport. You can get it from Jamb office. It's costs #1,200)
9) Original JAMB admission letter. (Jamb will provide this)
    ONLINE CLEARANCE:
During online clearance, you scan and upload the above documents for about ₦1500 anywhere in Uniben, although they will process it for you for less if you come in group. When you are done uploading the documents at the cyber cafe, you may proceed with the payment of acceptance fee with your Verve or Mastercard ATM card. The price of this fee is displayed on the screen once you click on pay acceptance fee. For students of medicine, dentistry, physiology, anatomy, medical biochemistry, medical laboratory science and nursing their fees are bigger, while other courses are lesser. Refer to this post to see the fees for this year's clearance fees.
NOTE that a technology fee of ₦550 will be charged for the transaction. You will also need to fill in other details like date of birth, WAEC/NECO/NABTEB registration number et cetera.
After a successful payment, download the payment receipt page which will be displayed. Now click on “Save and Request Clearance”. A two page document which contains the summary of all the data you have inputted previously will be displayed; this is the online clearance acknowledgement slip also known as the “Online Eligibility Slip”. Print this document and get ready for physical clearance. Additionally, you will be notified about when to come for physical clearance. Print the document too.
Now you have to make five photocopies for each of the documents listed above and keep them in five different files. Get one file also to keep all of your original documents. This gives us a total of six files. Attach a small passport on each file and you are ready for physical clearance.
PHYSICAL CLEARANCE
Physical clearance is very simple although it can get a bit longer if you miss some documents or make a mistake or if your clearance officer is slow (But he could be fast if you buy him ice cream. Lol)
What they basically do is:
Make sure that the documents you uploaded are the same with the ones you came with and that they are not fake. That there is consistency in all your documents; your gender, date of birth and names must be the same. That you are actually the one in the photos of your documents. After thorough scrutiny, they print and sign a new Original Eligibility Slip. This document is your most important document as a student of Uniben. Keep it safe!
After this document is given to you, make five copies of it and place in your five other files. By now, you must have obtained six record files which will replace the six official files you have
been carrying about. Your clearance officer will direct you to the offices where you will submit all record files except the one containing the original documents (It is your personal
copy. Keep it safe).
These offices include the University
Admission Office, your faculty (faculty clearance) and your department (departmental clearance).
Others After being cleared, your Kofa account will display “Cleared”.
After this, a link will be displayed for school fee payment and after paying for school fees, you may quickly proceed with Hostel Application if you want to stay in hostel (Its advisable to spend your first year/level in the hostel so you can learn fast and get acquainted with the school life and nuns).  You will also be able to register your courses online afterwards.
NOTE: There is rumor that there would be no physical clearance this year though, but it's not confirmed yet. Therefore let us get ready for all the steps beforehand!
In order for you to have a smooth clearance
process, upload the right and only documents needed and avoid mixing things up.
And then, you are Welcome to Uniben!
Success!
